Well we sure had a busy week last week with a Lunch & Learn and Music Fest!
On Wednesday, March 15th we had Dr. Kalis and Dr. Stenzel from Innate Wellness share some important information on how to keep our bones strong and healthy. Some important takeaways from the day: Eat less dairy & grains and exercise a little bit every day!
Next up on Sunday, March 19th we had our annual Music Fest in Winnebago. It was such a beautiful day to be out enjoying some music and root beer floats! A big THANK YOU to our performers who donated their time and talents, they truly made the event wonderful!
